About Us
We are based in Ireland, Europe. Our sole focus is to provide beauty and cosmetic products within Europe only. This allows us to guarantee a shorter delivery time from the moment you place the order to the moment the products arrive at your door as well as, less expensive delivery charges. We hope to continuously grow with our customers and to be able to listen to your needs. If there is a product you would like to see a available in our store that is not yet there, let us know and we will do our best to source the product and hopefully be able to add to our store.
Our Story
Based on personal experience we found that it can be difficult to find a store that has all the products a person might require or desire. It usually requires a stop or three in the local town to finally be able to go home satisfied. So we thought, why not create a store for people who are possibly experiencing the exact same frustration? So here we are today hoping that we can be your all in one store with regards to your beauty care.
Shipping
"When will my package be delivered?"
The preparation time for most of the products is 24/48h. It is even possible for your order to be shipped on the very same day if it only includes products with immediate delivery and it has been paid before midday.
The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Bear in mind that the indicated delivery time is approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
Returns
"Can I return an item?"
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns in the event that you have changed your mind or, you accidentally ordered the wrong item. Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before finalizing them. However, if you have received a damaged product or a product that you did not order you will have 3 days from the date that you received the products to contact us via email so that we can rectify the mistake.
